In October we were invited to a
Wedding in Venice
Helen's youngest sister Margrit got married while
on a cruise in the Mediterranean, and we met her and husband Darren in
Venice with Family & Friends. We attended a blessing ceremony in a
Palace near St Mark's Square, and I had been asked to give the Bride
away. The
reception, was on board the cruiseliner "Emerald Princess", it was all
just like a Fairy Tale.
Next day was sightseeing, and in the evening a traditional Italian
meal. Let the pictures tell the story......

What a whopper! Emerald Princess (116,000 GrT 3100 passengers)

The Captain does his stuff. Darren tries hard not to mimic his Italian
accent!
